Worst billing practices ever! Billed the same date of service three times, got paid in full, and sent me to collections for the whole amount of the services (pre-adjustment value)! After spending HOURS on the phone explaining to them THEIR mistake (which I had already been pointing out for month to death ears (or lazy people, or both, your choice)), they finally cancelled the collections action, but their mistake cost me a lot of time and money! And I had to pretty much beg for an apology!
Anyway, if you have a billing issue, just ask for the supervisor; talking to the personnel is a waste of your time, in my experience. They'll just tell you that they will look into the issue, and obviously, they don't.
I have to give them credit for succeeding in getting paid by my former insurance, who wasn't covering me at the time of the services, in addition to getting paid in full by my current insurance! That's pretty outstanding! (if not illegal).
