This company's main object is to create an atmosphere for other business where they feel obligated to pay to remove negative unverified information from the Topix website. Information that could be harmful for the business. Once this information is placed on the Topix website, the business owner must pay a fee by credit/debit card to Topix to get negative information removed. This is why they have received an F rating from the BBB.
It is unbelievable that they are still able to operate such fraudulent practices.
My suggestion is that you check any company you want to work with directly for yourself.... DO NOT RELY ON THE TOPIX WEBSITE FOR RELIABLE INFO.... GO TO THE BBB WEBSITE INSTEAD.
