I will never use this company again. I bought magnet signs for my cars in April. I have a budget because I am not making much money yet. I Paid them over five hundred dollars for the magnets. On the first day that I put them on one of my working cars. The signs got lost. I thought that my maids had not put them right on the car but then I put them on one other car and I drove it. As soon as I got in the freeway they fly off. I was told by another company that they probably were not made right. I didn't want to call signtist but after loosing 4 of the magnets. I called them. The first time I contact them was on April 21 but
the guy was busy all the time and then I send him another email on April 30 and then I finally called him again and he appoligized for not returning my calls. Then I didn't hear anything back until May 2, he said how busy he was and that he would look in to the problem. Then on May 5th he told me that they would make the magnets again and that he would talk to the manufacture. Then came several emails asking if I had installed them correctly. Finally, the guy who seem to try to help me one day and then not on other times send me an email telling that they would replace the magnets but that i had to take my car there so that they can make sure that I was mounting them right. I agree but then I didn't hear anything back from them until I wrote another email on May 23 and May 28 before he answered my email and in his email of May 29th he comes out with " you must first bring your car to the store" why didn't he say that earlier? I wasted too much money and time in trying to work with this company. He acted like he was going to help and then changed his mind. There is alot of this type of business in LA and I am sure I will find a good one. They had me phone and email tagging before telling a what their resolution would be. The manager shouldn't had told me that he was going to replace the magnets if he wasn't planning to do it. I thought that I was getting new magnets but it was all a lie.
