Rob Diamond seem to have a reputation, and my experience of them hasn't been the best, but they do seem to have a good reputation when it comes to giving you a refund, makes me ask 'why then sell to people if they cant deliver but they are happy to refund'? I think emphasis lies in the fact that they are a wholesale group who has tried to branch out beyond their means, whatever the truth I managed to get my money back without any problems, I don't know how I would rate them?
