Numerous written and verbal requests have been made with this company to terminate and cancel subscription. The proper and requested paperwork has been submitted to them; however, they deny any communication. The subscriber has since passed away from Diabetes complications, and investigations are in progress as to whether this company's product Glymetrol was instrumental in the decease's demise. Glymetrol Customer Service Representatives were inadequate, rude and hung up when we tried to resolve the issue.

Company refused to acknowledge numerous verbal and written requests for refund and refused to give Refund Authorization number for refund.
Resolution Sought:
Give RA number and accept unused unopened merchandise for full refund and discontinue unsolicited further shipments and billings.

After many months of written and verbal attempts to communicate with Natural Health Network, LLC regarding their product Glymetrol, I am finally in receipt of their response, however flimsy, inaccurate and inadequate.
Even though I did receive a minimal partial refund on my credit card, let it go on record here that the above said company behaved unethically and they prey upon the sick with dangerous supplements not regulated by the FDA.
It is my opinion and it would be a good thing if they were to go out of business.
