I signed up with Legal Home Loan Solutions after hearing that they truly do work with their clients and the banks to assist with your loan modification. I recently received a letter conveniently after I paid off my account with them stating that due to unforeseeable, unanticipated and continuous changes they had to close their office and could not represent me. There were no mention of at least giving me 1/2 of what I paid them or offering to send my file to another lawyer to take over. I doubt they were ever representing me. I hope before the next person get wrapped around their scam, they will read the reviews first. Yes, the representatives at this firm are cordial, professional, etc., but it seems once they receive the money for their so called assistance, the friendly calls stop and you are chasing them for answers and status.
Now I'm in deeper trouble than when I started with this law firm. Please beware.
