After reading numerous positive reviews regarding Hanspree netbooks, I attempted to contact Hannspree today, January 7, 2010, to get a price for their 12" netbook. I called their store in San Francisco, and left a voice message requesting a return call. No response. I then faxed a price request to their store in Los Angeles; still no response. I also could not reach anyone at their 800 number for the online store. Hannspree may have great products but their customer service, at least to me, leaves a lot to be desired.
