I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Factory direct jewelry and I am impressed at the craftsmanship and service. They gave me great service and I wanted to put this review on the bbb site for them. I had some jewelry from years back that I had bought from the mall that needed some work and cleaning. I asked them if they have a service for that and they said they didn't, but they would do it for me. I asked them how much that would cost me and they said as long as I ship it to them they would do it for free. I was shocked. I sent it to them and they sent it cleaned back in 2 days. My jewelry looked Brand new.
