Flowershopping.com and False Advertising
I purchased a Make a Wish bouquet, advertised as $36.86. I have now paid $64.67 for that bouquet. They had a store in Maynard, MA, which is why I contacted them. The flowers were going to Maynard, MA. They claimed this was out of their network. They charged me a $16.95 handling and delivery fee. This was February 2019. I just checked my April statement, and they charged me another $11.06. I called and they told me that the reason they charged me was because the florist who was making the bouquet charged more money. I had already paid through Amazon, so they asked me for permission to charge the extra charge on my card. I gave it to them. But I felt I had no choice. My money was already with Amazon. This company called me to say they needed more money. And, this is after I had already paid $53.61 for the bouquet. They had me over a barrel. Do not trust these people. No more business from me!
