I have received multiple letters from this institution as to refinance my home for a lower rate. I figured why not, let me see what can be done. I called and gave them my info and was asked a few questions which I answered, one of which was my credit standing. I constantly check my credit scores and know where my credit stands and am qualified for the interest sent in the offer. So they went through the motions and then I get a call back with a hogher interest rate than what was in the offer. They guy on the phone leads on to tell me that my score is over 70 points less than what my search says. I know that the score can vary a few points but over 70 point difference than what I see, no way. This company is full of crap and that is a typical "BAIT AND SWITCH". They pull you inn with a low promo that you very well know you qualify for, then they attempt to talk really fast to try and confuse you into making a poor decision. Typical sales pitch and sales tactics. TAKE THIS WARNING FOR WHAT ITS WORTH, DONT LET THEM FAST TALK YOU INTO AN AGREEMENT, SLOW DOWN AND ENSURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE GIVING YOU, NOT OFFERING YOU, "THERE IS A DIFFERENCE"! BUNCH OF SCAMMING BAIT AND SWITCH GOING ON WITH THESE PEOPLE, SIT WITH YOUR INSTITUTION AND LOOK AT EVERYTHING, DO NOT DO IT OVER THE PHONE WHERE YOU CANT SEE THE NUMBERS AND GET SCAMMED!!!!
